Committing to delivering the best in class Real Estate, LEAD Development was established by Mounir Haidar and a group of industry Experts and Investors in 2010. The high-end niche real estate development company works with a very selected group of high-net-worth individuals across the UAE region.


  • Building a real estate brand from scratch on social media demands research, planning, and consistent content production. In the case of Lead Total Development, we had to start from the ground and go all the way to the execution phase while navigating the following challenges along the way:

    • Deciding which platforms have the best potential and thus, are more likely to result in social media engagement for our client
    • Creating an exclusive strategy for each channel
    • Keeping up with the algorithm changes
    • Blending informational content with sales-oriented posts to guide the prospect through the funnel from bottom to top
    • Coming up with new ideas on a regular basis to stay ahead of the competitors

Our Strategy

With the client’s objectives and target audience in mind, we chose multiple social media channels for the promotion of Lead Total Development Solutions including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. We tasked our team of creative experts to come up with a superior content strategy that will empower our client to outclass the competitors.
We studied the top real estate business from various regions of the globe to understand their strengths and what sets them apart. Accordingly, we planned to devise content ideas and prepared creatives and videos to capture the attention of the target audience.We also prepared a detailed content calendar for each channel that aligned with the content marketing strategy(that was another service offered to Let’s Discover by us). The idea was to build authority with the help of content that’s not just engaging but also educates the target audience of our client.
